Talos Linux officially CNCF AI conformant

Talos Linux is now certified through the Kubernetes AI Conformance Program, which verifies Kubernetes distributions and platforms for compatibility with common AI/ML workloads in order to reduce fragmentation and ensure reliability across environments.
